Return and Refund Policy

At Fullerton Supply, we stand behind the products we sell. We know that in business, things don't always work out as planned—so we've made our return process as straightforward as possible. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. That gives you time to inspect your purchase and make sure it meets your needs.

What Qualifies for a Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received the
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Contact us at sales@fullertonsupply.com to initiate your return. Once we approve your request, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that we can only accept returns sent to the address we provide—items shipped without prior authorization won't be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance—we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at sales@fullertonsupply.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way to get what you need is to return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you get your replacement without delay.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. If you haven't seen the refund after 15 business days, please get in touch with us.
